This privacy policy applies to the Cleaner Pro app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Dmytro Abramitov (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information. The information that the Service Provider requests will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy.
All photo and contact scanning is performed locally on your device. Your photos, videos, and contact data are never uploaded to or processed on external servers. The Application accesses your photo library and contacts solely to provide its core functionality (duplicate detection, video compression, contact management) and does not transmit this data off your device.
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

Exact pricing is displayed on the subscription screen within the Application and on the App Store product page.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:
After cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. The Application does not provide direct cancellation within the app, as all subscription management is handled by Apple.
By requesting a refund for an in-app purchase, you consent to our provision of necessary data to Apple for processing your refund. This data may include app usage time, anonymous account identifier, total amount spent, and total amount refunded.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at [email protected] and they will respond in a reasonable time.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider at [email protected] so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
Whenever you use our Service, in the case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
The Application can use Touch ID and Face ID, features provided by Apple, to offer convenient and secure access to certain functionalities, such as the Media Vault. Biometric data, including fingerprints or facial recognition data, is never stored or transmitted by the Application. Face data is not stored, retained, or accessible by the Application at any time. All biometric data is securely stored and processed by your device's operating system using Apple's Secure Enclave technology.
By enabling biometric authentication, you consent to using these features for secure access. If you prefer not to use Touch ID or Face ID, you can disable this feature in your device settings or choose alternative authentication methods, such as a PIN.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
